Wine Returns

If any bottle arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping).

Beauty Product Returns

Sealed, unopened products can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned unless defective.
